I had a dental emergency over the weekend and called Monday early morning to see if I could be seen asap due to facial/jaw swelling from a cracked tooth. I was luckily able to be seen within an hour to get X-Rays done along with getting prescribed antibiotics to help w the pain/swelling until my tooth extraction next week. Starting from the receptionist, x-ray technician and Dr. Sandhu; everyone was very attentive and took time and care to address my questions and needs. I always like how pleasant the atmosphere is when I go to your office. it was funny how I called before my appointment and my bird was in the background talking. I briefly told the person don’t mind my bird. He talks too much. It’s my surprise after my appointment one of your Assistance Walked in and said hey I heard you have a bird and we had a wonderful bird conversation. It’s not the fact that they liked. Birds, but the fact that they paid attention and remembered when I came in for my visit. This is the attention to detail that I like so much when I come to the office.. It’s not just the fact that attention is paid to my teeth. But the fact that attention is paid to ( me ). I’ve never had a bad experience in this office and I doubt that I will.

I had such a great experience here! I appreciate that the new patient questionnaire asked what they could provide to make me feel more comfortable (e.g., music, blanket, sunglasses). They had sunglasses in hand when it was time for them to begin my dental work. The front office staff, the X-Ray technician, Dr. Amin, and the hygienist were all genuinely friendly. I will start this review by telling you how terrified I am going to the dentist.It’s a long story with dentists gone wrong. This has caused me not to go as often as I should. We all know procrastination is not good when we are dealing with the health of our mouth as it has an affect on the health and well being our entire body. I had my first appointment with Riverside Tooth Company today. My experience was phenomenal. Wow wow wow! This is a top notch company taking pride in their spotless facility, amazing staff, incredible doctors, and state of the art equipment. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and at ease. Additionally they are one stop shop dealing with general dentistry, periodontal issues , and tooth implants. If there were 10 stars I would mark them all!!!!!!

The secretaries up front are very organized with appointments and checking in, since I had to schedule cleanings and extractions. The building is very clean and they have followed all safety guidelines throughout the pandemic. My family has come here for crowns and Invisalign, which has their smiles looking superb. I called Riverside Tooth Co. When my 20+ year old crown came off my top front tooth. I was in shock and horrified and they were able to fit me in right away. They worked with me since I was paying out of pocket and were really great and understanding. They gave me a temporary that was even better than the crown that had fallen out. Dr Admin fixed a cavity near the area he was working on because it needed to be done and didn't add anything on the price. That's a work ethic that is quite respectable. It has just been an all around wonderful experience being taken care of at RTC especially with something that started off pretty scary for me.
